The LightingMasterLC.com Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program") allows approved individuals and organizations ("Affiliates") to promote eligible products and services offered by Luxart LLC in exchange for commissions. Participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Luxart LLC reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate at its sole discretion.
Applicants must: Be at least 18 years old, Provide accurate application information, Maintain a valid payment method, Comply with all applicable laws. Approval is not guaranteed. Luxart LLC may reject any application without explanation.
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates: Employment, Partnership, Joint venture, Agency relationship, Franchise relationship. Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or representatives of Luxart LLC.
Commission rates, qualifying products, payout schedules, and promotional rules shall be established by Luxart LLC and may be modified at any time. Current commission structures will be communicated through the Affiliate Program portal or written communications. Luxart LLC reserves the right to change commission rates prospectively.
Commissions are earned only on valid qualifying purchases. A sale will not qualify if: Payment is reversed, A refund is issued, Fraud is detected, The transaction is canceled, The purchase violates Platform policies. Luxart LLC's records shall control in determining whether a sale qualifies.
Commissions will be paid only after: The applicable holding period expires, Payment has been successfully collected, Fraud reviews are completed, Refund eligibility periods have passed. Luxart LLC reserves the right to establish minimum payout thresholds.
Misrepresent Products: Make false claims, Guarantee exam success, Guarantee employment outcomes, Guarantee certification results.
Misrepresent Relationships: Claim endorsement by Luxart LLC, Imply employment status, Impersonate Company representatives.
Engage in Spam: Unsolicited email marketing, Mass messaging, Automated spam campaigns, Unauthorized promotions.
Bid on Company Trademarks: Without written permission, Affiliates may not bid on LightingMasterLC, LightingMasterLC.com, Company trademarks, or Company brand names for search advertising purposes.
Affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use approved marketing materials supplied by Luxart LLC. Affiliates may not: Modify logos, Alter trademarks, Create confusingly similar branding, Register domain names containing Company trademarks. All intellectual property remains the property of Luxart LLC.
Affiliates must comply with: FTC endorsement requirements, Advertising laws, Consumer protection laws, Privacy laws, Email marketing regulations. Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships when legally required. Example disclosure: "I may receive a commission if you purchase through my affiliate link."
The following activities are prohibited: Self-referrals, Fake purchases, Incentivized fraud, Cookie stuffing, Click fraud, Artificial traffic generation, Automated signups. Fraudulent commissions will be forfeited.
Luxart LLC may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation at any time for: Policy violations, Fraud, Misrepresentation, Inactive accounts, Conduct harmful to the Company. Termination may occur without prior notice.
Upon termination: Affiliate links may be disabled, Marketing permissions end immediately, Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if fraud or violations occurred. Termination does not limit other remedies available to Luxart LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxart LLC shall not be liable for: Lost profits, Lost opportunities, Indirect damages, Consequential damages, Business interruptions. The Affiliate Program is provided "as is."
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxart LLC from claims arising from: Affiliate marketing activities, Policy violations, Advertising violations, Misrepresentations, Legal non-compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia. Affiliates waive participation in class actions.
Luxart LLC may modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. Changes become effective upon publication or written notice.
