Corporate and Team subscriptions may permit multiple authorized users only to the extent explicitly allowed by the applicable subscription plan. Each user must have an assigned seat. Seat sharing is prohibited. Luxart LLC reserves the right to audit license compliance.

Completion of any course, lesson, examination, assessment, or certificate does not guarantee: Passing the LC Examination. Obtaining professional certification. Employment opportunities. LightingMasterLC.com and Luxart LLC are independent organizations. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or otherwise associated with the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP) unless expressly stated in writing. Any references to the LC Examination are for educational purposes only.
All content on the Platform is owned by Luxart LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Protected content includes: Courses, Lessons, Text, Graphics, Images, Visuals, Audio recordings, Podcasts, Videos, Assessments, Question banks, Certificates, Course structures, Website design, Databases, Source materials. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
You may not: Copy content. Reproduce content. Redistribute content. Sell content. License content. Publish content. Screen record content. Capture lessons. Download protected content. Share certificates fraudulently. Create derivative works. Reverse engineer the Platform. Scrape content. Data mine content. Use bots or automated tools. Train artificial intelligence systems using Platform content. Extract quiz questions. Build competing educational products. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.
Certificates issued by the Platform represent course completion only. Certificates: Do not constitute professional certification. Do not constitute licensure. Do not guarantee competency. May be revoked if fraud is detected. Luxart LLC reserves the right to invalidate any certificate issued through improper use or account sharing.
The Platform may offer: Free memberships, Paid subscriptions, Team subscriptions, Corporate subscriptions, Continuing education programs. Subscription features may change at any time.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Users authorize Luxart LLC to charge all applicable fees at the time of purchase. Prices may change without notice for future purchases.
All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued: After three completed lessons. After substantial consumption of course content. After issuance of a certificate. For violations of these Terms.
Users may submit: Reviews, Comments, Forum discussions. Users remain responsible for submitted content. Luxart LLC may remove any content at its sole discretion without notice. Prohibited content includes: Harassment, Defamation, False statements, Spam, Offensive content, Infringing material, Misleading educational content.
Luxart LLC may suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently ban access at any time for: Violations of these Terms, Account sharing, Copyright infringement, Fraud, Abuse, Security threats. Termination may occur without prior notice.
Luxart LLC reserves the right to monitor usage for: Security, Fraud prevention, License compliance, Platform integrity. Users have no expectation of privacy regarding activity occurring on the Platform.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." LUXART LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXART LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EXAM FAILURES, CERTIFICATION FAILURES, EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxart LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and attorneys' fees arising from: Your use of the Platform. Your violation of these Terms. Your infringement of intellectual property rights.
If Luxart LLC prevails in any dispute involving these Terms, unauthorized access, account sharing, copyright infringement, scraping, misuse of the Services, or collection efforts, the user shall reimburse Luxart LLC for reasonable attorneys' fees, arbitration costs, expert witness fees, investigation costs, and related expenses.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration shall take place in the State of Georgia. Users waive the right to trial by jury.
Users agree that disputes shall be brought solely on an individual basis. Class actions, collective actions, and representative proceedings are prohibited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Luxart LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
